Learning Linx, Inc. is expanding! We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing educational and therapeutic support center serving families in McHenry County and surrounding communities.

Learning Linx provides academic coaching, executive functioning support, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and regulation-based services in a collaborative, child-centered environment. We are located in McHenry, Illinois and are growing into a multi-room professional suite offering integrated services under one roof.
 

Position Overview

This is an in-person, pediatric outpatient position working with children ages 3–14. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy in collaboration with families and other team members.

Administrative tasks including scheduling, billing, and client communication are managed by Learning Linx so clinicians can focus on direct service delivery.


Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with parents and other providers (with consent)
• Participate in team collaboration as needed
 

Areas of Focus May Include

• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Expressive and receptive language delays
• Social communication/pragmatics
• Executive functioning support
• Early language development
• School-age language and literacy support


Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for family-centered care


Compensation & Benefits

• $65–$80 per hour (based on experience)
