Join the Health & Wellness 101 on a fun interactive presentation on how to avoid the Nightmare Before Christmas and after Christmas. A light lunch will be served. Come as your favorite character from the movie. Mindfully Carly will be joined by Ellen Corey, Kay Reissig & Dr. Mike Johnson.
