We're thrilled to welcome Michael Bettine and Gongtopia back for the Spring Equinox celebration!
The gong meditation is all about sound and its effects on the human body and energy systems. The vibrations work at a cellular level and help with stress, fatigue, depression, anger and blocked energy. This is personal self care.
